INTRODUCTION

The role of systems thinking and decision-making based on systems analysis in the implementation of educational reforms is growing every day. Over the past years, along with economic reforms, priority tasks have been identified for the development of the spiritual and educational, especially educational sphere. Consistently implemented universal human programs aimed at improving the future of youth have a single goal. The Action Strategy for five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 outlines a fundamental change to increase the activity of youth in the process of ongoing reforms in the country. The relevance of this topic is also determined by the special attention paid in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 5, 2017 No. PF-5106 "On measures to improve the efficiency of state youth policy and support the activities of the “Youth Union of Uzbekistan for the development and implementation based on system studies and analysis of proposals to improve legislative acts and law enforcement practice in order to increase the effectiveness of state youth policy ”.

A modern teacher needs to be able to analyze a large amount of information, argue pedagogical decisions, think systematically: based on knowledge and experience, consider a variety of factors, systematically predict their change. At the present stage, the consistency of thinking in various areas of professional and pedagogical activity is valued higher than just erudition, the possession of a certain range of professional knowledge. The increasing complexity of the tasks and problems facing society in the 21st century in many areas of social life and, accordingly, in pedagogy, require a systematic approach and systemic thinking in the process of solving them.

It is known that analysis by developing thinking helps in its formation. Proceeding from this, based on what educational factors can a system analysis be carried out? What recommendations should be given? Initially, it should be determined that the work begins with a complete study of the object - the system (group of students) and the process itself. Analysis of the system and the process taking place in it, determination of its parameters and the relationship between them makes it possible to find the right solution. It is appropriate to use the algorithmic formula of system analysis here.

The student group includes the relationship between exploratory, interconnected and impressive, as well as general purpose elements. Each of the elements and the relationship between them have such decisive phenomena (indicators) that include a set of known solutions .. Turning to the method of system analysis, we will perceive the student group as the main pedagogical object. These will be the specific input and output parameters of the pedagogical object.

By expressing the student group as unknown, i.e. as a “black box” (Fig. 1), the input indicators at the beginning of the lesson begin to influence the “black box”, i.e. for a student teaching group. The input parameters of the "black box" and its internal features affect the output parameters. If we can find their relationship, the "black box" begins to brighten. As a result of the best definition of relationships, it will completely lighten.

Here, the main task is aimed at increasing knowledge and students. Their knowledge is increased by education, moral qualities, including culture, are formed by education.

Research methodology

Taking into account the algorithmic formula of the system analysis, three stages of the analysis of the way of its solution in the pedagogical group are carried out in the following sequence [1]:

First stage (initial systems analysis).

• Initially, the selected object is fully studied - the student group. Pedagogical facility - requirements for the student group are being formed.

• Pedagogical facility - there are many processes in the student group. The necessary processes are selected from the processes, i.e. processes of training and education, for the correct finding of solutions to the problem.

• Pedagogical system - the input and output parameters of the student group and the studied process (training and education) are analyzed.

The input parameters of the pedagogical object - the student group system and pedagogical processes include:

  • listener - initial knowledge of students;
  • listener - students' personal qualities;
  • teacher indicators: influence, i.e. knowledge, clothing, the degree of application of knowledge and other indicators of quality, mastery of the use of pedagogical technologies;
  • indicators of the space where classes are held;
  • teaching visual aids, equipment and sources necessary for the transfer of knowledge;
  • books, computer, teaching equipment and other means;
  • leadership factors influencing learning;
  • environmental indicators affecting learning, etc.

Output parameters can be divided into two types:

  • The first type is indicators of the level of knowledge, these are digital indicators that accurately express the power of a number. It is simpler in terms of the quality of training, i.e. expressed by evaluating the knowledge of the person being trained. The task - How to define the numbers - uses different criteria.
  • Parameters of the second type are indicators of upbringing. To determine the indicators of upbringing, despite the introduction of weighty proposals, opinions of a different nature, full-fledged proposals have not been determined.

Despite this, we will use the quality indicators. We use such indicators as “bad”, “average”, “good”, “estimate good”, etc. as an assessment of quality indicators. But quantitative indicators are not fully defined. If so, how can you determine the indicator of the quality of a perfect person by raising him to a higher level?

Analysis and results

In many cases, a pedagogical object requires the definition of systems within it to determine the relationship between the parameters of the student group and the implementation of the system.

Having identified the initial object (student group), consisting of a system and a process, their full study begins. The analysis of the system and the process in it, the determination of its parameters and their relationship, makes it possible to find the right solution.

In the second hierarchical ladder it is possible to define a pedagogical object - a student group, a teacher, a place where classes are held, etc. For each of the selected elements and processes, its parameters - indicators - will be determined. Thus, it becomes possible to deeply analyze the student group.

In the second hierarchical ladder, the organization of a closed chain system for managing the student group is of great importance.

In the third hierarchical ladder, the student himself is considered.

In subsequent works, it is planned to analyze the controllable and managerial elements of the pedagogical group and in the next hierarchical ladder of the mutual influence of such elements as a student, a teacher, an evaluator, etc.

The second stage (continuation of system analysis, determination of the relationship between parameters).

Using the results of previous experiments, you can find the relationship between the input and output indicators of the object. In the future, it is planned to plan and conduct experiments to determine the content of student group management.

It should be noted that over the years, the experience of professors and teachers has been increasing, and on the basis of this experience they can determine which of the input parameters will influence the criteria of the teaching process.

In the future, according to the results of experiments, the relationship of parameters can be determined, you can use fuzzy set methods, the structure of statistical models or the use of "Neuron networks", etc. Then you should go to the third stage.

The third stage (selection of the optimal solution).

Here you can go to the search for optimal conditions for the educational process based on systems thinking and analysis. As a criterion and conditions for optimization in a pedagogical group, it is planned to achieve the best results by achieving the degree of knowledge of students specified in the curriculum and improving their behavior. Research will continue. By finding optimal solutions, the educational process is improved.

Conclusion

After identifying over the years the influence of input parameters on the criteria of the teaching process and finding out which parameters need to be improved and which are insignificant by experienced professors-teachers, the opportunity to find better solutions has increased. In the future, as a result of determining the relationship of parameters, optimal solutions will be determined.

Thus, it should be noted that the system analysis opens the way for the numerous methods available in pedagogy [2,3,4] in the search for optimal systems. By increasing the personal experience and thinking of the teacher, the results of the educational process in the student group are improved.
